About Jill

I am thankful to be living, breathing and enjoying life in Boise, ID. Who’d have thought, after being a SoCal girl for so many years. We moved here in June of 2016 to live near all of our kids and grandkids; a mama’s dream. We love being able to do life with our family now living so close; soccer games, DB events, Mesa, riding bikes on the greenbelt, celebrating holidays, birthday parties and just being in the same room.

My husband and I do ministry together. Always have and always will. We just like it better that way. It’s way more fun. A teeny snapshot of our ministry experience is as follows:

  • Gordon-Conwell Seminary
  • Planted Grace Fellowship Church in Danvers, MA
  • Co-planted Coast Vineyard in San Diego, CA
  • Planted Hosanna Community Church in Encinitas, CA
  • Pastored at Risen King Community Church in Redding, CA
  • Currently full time missionaries with Novo/CRM (Church Resource Ministries)

And a lot more in between.

I feel like I am now living my dream job. I get to walk with, coach, train, mentor and disciple leaders every day. I am also invited in to the leadership team of ChurchNext, the collective of Novo that is all about equipping new and current leaders in the church to make a difference, in their communities and in the world. I co-lead Pioneering Initiatives, a creation of Bill’s, to empower our teams to plant new expressions of church beginning in the harvest, for a world that is crying out for one. We currently have teams in Europe and the US. I can’t believe I wake up in the morning every day and get to do this. I am indebted to our financial partners that enable me to do it. And, I am grateful to God for giving me the experience and knowledge to be able to step into this role that He has long designed and equipped me for.

I am a definite foodie. I love to cook. I love to eat. Nutrition and health are a big deal to me as I have had a crazy journey finding good health. So I take it all seriously.

I have three kids, five grandkids, 6 grand dogs that bring me joy and fulfillment.
